Product: HP Compaq 8000 Elite Convertible Minitower
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to overclock my CPU (Core 2 Quad Q9650) for better gaming in 2019, will the BIOS allow me to do so?  Do I need to update my BIOS to the latest version?

BTW my motherboard is a 3647h.
