I have a OMEN 45L Gaming Desktop with a 512 SSD and 1 TB HDD storage.   Before setting it up,  I want to replace the 512  SSD with a 4T size.   Can I use the boot recovery flash drive to install the Operating system and relevant drivers and software if the SSD hard drive is a different size?

Hi:

 

As far as I am aware you should be able to if you made a USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool.
