Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Tower
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Getting Blue Screen again and again. Went through all the steps at windows.com/stopcode. I wrote down all of the error types that were on the screen long enough for me to do so:
- system service exception
- kernel data image error
- system thread extension not handled
- memory management
- unexpected store extension
- kmode exception not handled (ntfs.sys failed)
- unexpected kernel mode trap
- driver IRQL not less or equal pfn list corrupt
What can I do?

Is the HP Warranty still in effect? If so, contact HP, to open a claim against the warranty.
Or:
- Power-off the computer
- Power-on the computer, and immediately and repeatedly tap the ESC key, until you see a menu
- Choose to run the HP Hardware Diagnostics, especially the RAM and disk-drive tests
Tell us the "pass/fail" results for each test.
