Hello,
I need to order a 16G USB - Windows 64-Bit Recovery Kit but the website won't let me get past Step 1 regardless of browser or computer. I've spent a couple of hours now trying to get through with someone in chat or phone to assist but no one seems to be available or able to help. I just need someone to help assist in ordering this.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
