Hello,
Apologies if this is not the correct board.
Yesterday my desktop crashed (the usual shutting down and restarting), except this time when we tried logging in, we are not allowed in anymore.
When using the pin it says "You can't sign in to your device at the moment. Try a different sign-in method".
When using the password for my Microsoft account it says "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded."
I've tried looking at the guides online but it all seems too outdated. How do we fix this?
Thank you!

@Gigi1100 , welcome to the Community.
I suggest that you contact Microsoft's Customer Support for help. They are the experts on their operating system. They will know what the error messages are telling you. You will need to know the version of Windows 10 that you are running, 1809, 1909, 2004 or 20H2.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.
