Hello today I was trying to enable system virtualization and I was trying to enter bios I pressed f10 and it worked but took me here image.jpg

  can some please help me

As you can see the tabs in that picture and the one you are on is "file"  most likely, if system virtualization is supported, would be in the "Advanced" tab.  Here is a tutorial for a retail Asus motherboard.  It might not be supported on your OEM BIOS/motherboard.
