Hello,
On the device was temporarily installed another operating system now tried with the HP Cloud Recovery Tool tried to install the device again with the delivered operating system. Accordingly, the device was booted with a USB stick with the files of the tool, the stick was recognized and also recognized as UEFI only when you try to boot in the boot manager about it you are sent back to the start menu and can not restore the system.
The USB also is confirmed working, i tested it on another system.

@Marvinnk -- can you take this as an opportunity to upgrade your current disk-drive to a much-faster SSD?
How old is the current disk-drive? How many more years of "life" do you expect to get from it?
When you boot from the USB memory-stick, with the new SSD installed, the installation should proceed, and your original disk-drive will still contain your personal files.
