HP 750-177c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Desktop will not boot. I have tried every possible combination of BIOS settings, boot sequencing, legacy device support, detailed power off process, etc.. Can't directly get into the Recovery Tools on the harddrive itself.

I have a Recovery USB created by Media Create. I have a recovery cd I created when I first bought the machine.

No matter what I try, the system will not recognize or process any USB or CD.

I get a combination of Blue Screens and Orange screen with white stripes, as well as spinning circles and "please wait", "preparing......." , etc.. I've let them run for hours and nothing happens.

I must be overlooking something, but have not been able to find the right combination of boot and config settings to allow the USB Recovery tool to try to do its thing.

Any expert help, must appreciated.
