Product: Slimline 290-a0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Downloaded  HP Pc Hardware Diagnostics. Wont open.  Compatibility checker said that it was an incompatible program.

When I first tried opening, the black "run" screen flashed open for a fraction of a second. Looked to me like there was an attempt there to install it but did not. 

I REALLY want to get this to work on my HP computer! WHAT is the problem??

Computer says, it is installed and must open with Administrator - I am and logged on as such. .

Programs and Apps DONT list it however. Where is it??

Separately, I can open the CMD Run screen

Can anyone give me a command that I can type in the CMD screen to try to open it?
