Never sure what board to put arbitrary things like this on, so apologies if it would do better elsewhere.
I'm looking to rename my user that's saved into the files of my computer. Not the name I log in under, the one found when I pull up downloads or have to route where new software will save too. I've tried to include a photo of it below, where "ThisName" is placed I'd like to rename that. I've seen some old posts about it and I've tried a few but to no avail as the ways are no longer available on Windows 10. The account I'm on is an admin account. I posted a similar thing before but it was about transferring files from one account to another but if there's an easier way to do it like this that would be a real time-saver. Thanks! : )
Can't seem to get it to load probably because it's poor resolution at the moment so I'll type it for the mean time.
This is from an opened pdf on Chrome: file:///C:Users/ThisName/Downloads/VC%20Checkoff%20Sheet%20.pdf

You can only move data files, not programs user to user, unless you optioned during install to share. But you did not have a secondary account to share with . The safe way is the follow the path I gave you.

You create a new account. Transfer the files account to account with Savant Salamander, and it's done. Might take 15 minutes internally, based on data size.
