HP Pavilion 24-xa All-in-One Desktop PC (5KF24AV)

I had a hard drive failure,  bought a new SSD and found out the operating system was wiped out, but all files are intact.  I added memory, it booted up but only recognized 8GB.  I went back in and reseated the second one and am now getting the following error.  Seems unrealted to memory.  Any suggestions?

Check HDMI-IN cable

Issue resolved itself, not quite sure how.  Opened it up, checked everything, booted up just fine.

Thank you for the suggestion.  You're probably right on the SSD or RAM.  I reseated them and it's all good now, so I guess that was it.
