Product: HP ENVY 23-d020ed TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have done a pc reset to the manufactory settings. It is running on windows 10. Now i have the problem that I can not install the chipset drivers available on the hp website. These drivers are for windows 8. I have tried to install with the compatibility mode in windows 8, but it will not install. How can i solve this problem?

Hi:

 

There are no W10 chipset drivers for the Intel H61 motherboard.

 

W10 installed the chipset drivers you need.

 

In the past, I have used the W7 chipset drivers on some of my PC's in W10 and they worked fine.

 

If you want to give the W7 driver a try, this one should work since it is for the H61 chipset.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp57501-58000/sp57514.exe 

 

Otherwise, if you have no devices showing up in the device manager with any ! marks, you should be fine.
