I see that you are facing an issue with your HP chromebook that is not booting into windows.

So I don't have Windows. My partner is the "owner" of the HP and he can no longer sign in through his google account, though he can now as Guest. Will I have to do a factory reset of his HP to remove him as owner and hope that resolves the issue with him not being able to sign on ? BTW, he can access his email and drive accounts through the guest portal on the HP.
