Bonjour , 

Une fois j'allume mon imprimante HP ENVY 4520 , ça m'affiche le menu mais après 10 à 15 secondes ça m'affiche un code d'erreur 0XB81EC18E 😕

Je ne sais plus quoi faire , je l'ai rénitialisé pendant les dix secondes rapidement mais walou

Thanks a lot for your answers , I get a solution alone cause you ask me to speak English in your side you don't speak French , but seriously you  have just to translate , what ?!!!! 

I m in a technical support too and I use a gog translate for one reason , do what I have to , give a solution and help , but thanks again 

My printer work ok can scan , copy and print , I m so happy about that , but I can not to connect to WiFi  , I have error message like even been
