Can anyone help please?  

I changed my C/user name and now i can't sign in .

you need a pendrive at least 8gb
then go to this site Hiren's BootCD PE (hirensbootcd.org)
download the Hiren’s BootCD PE x64 (v1.0.2) – ISO Content.
then make it usb bootable.

reboot your computer and boot to your pendrive.
then try use 

  • NT Password Edit v0.7
  • Windows Login Unlocker v1.6

remove your computer password.
