Hello, I've had this omen for a while, and I wanted to see if I could get it working again. I don't necessarily remember how this issue came about, but I am dealing with it now. I have used multiple different power cords(that work), and tried to perform a hard reset, and unplugged all exterior devices from the computer. However, for whatever reason the green LED is on at the back of the computer indicating that there is power(I think), but the actual power button itself doesn't work. It usually illuminates light and boots up the computer with one click. I don't know how to move forward with this issue, because no matter what I do the computer just won't turn on.

Hi @Carter_Orlikoff,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've already taken some troubleshooting steps, but let's go through a few more to see if we can identify the issue with your OMEN by HP Desktop PC. Here are some additional steps you can try.
Check Power Source:
- Ensure that the power outlet is functioning correctly. Plug another device into the same outlet to confirm.
- Try using a different power strip or wall outlet.
Power Supply Test:
- If possible, test the power supply with a multimeter to ensure it's providing the correct voltage.
- If you're not familiar with this process, consider seeking assistance from someone with experience.
Inspect Power Button:
- Check if there's any physical damage or debris around the power button. Clean it gently to make sure there's nothing obstructing its function.
CMOS Reset:
- Unplug the power cord.
- Open the computer case and locate the CMOS battery on the motherboard.
- Remove the CMOS battery for a few minutes and then reinsert it.
- Close the case and plug the power cord back in.
Inspect for Physical Damage:
- Visually inspect the motherboard for any signs of physical damage such as burnt areas or damaged capacitors.
Memory and GPU Reseat:
- If comfortable, reseat the RAM modules and the GPU (graphics card) on the motherboard. Ensure they are properly and securely seated in their respective slots.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
