HP Envy x360 running windows 10 64.

Computer is asking for login after factory reset and not recognizing my credentials.

Did you set it up with a local account or a 'live' account? If local, there's nothing you can do except do a full factory restore using F11 when you turn on the PC.

If it's a live account, can you use another PC, phone or tablet to change your password (gmail, live.com, hotmail.com etc..)

After I posted this I ended up doing the full factory restore using Esc during boot up and then F11 as you suggest.  It failed twice but magically worked on the 3rd try and I've been able to log in.  Thanks!
