Product: Pavilion 23 all in one
Help! My Pavilion 23 Desktop won’t start! Does nothing if I press start up button, if I unplug then plug in it runs for 3 seconds then dies. Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA

Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
A AIO PC has almost everything integrated on the MB except for the storage and RAM.
You have a hardware problem with the external power supply or the MB.
A tech would have to diagnose unless you are familiar with this process.
Contact HP Support (Link) or find a local PC tech.
