I have a brand new Hp All in one and I did a backup overnight and now it has come up with Automatic Repair. I clicked on Advanced Options  then Troubleshoot Then Advanced Options again and finally on System Restore. 
The next screen it comes up with a message : No restore points have been created on your computer’s system drive. 
To create a restore point open System Protection. 
when it click on this it comes up 

System Protection is available only in online operating system. 
I then cannot go any further. 
I am pretty confused with this and sorry for the long description but if you can help that would be great.

You should not be having problems like this with a new PC!


You paid for free HP Tech Support as part of the warranty coverage, so you might as well make use of it.


While this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about troubleshooting and repairing your machine remotely.

I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet to check out the problems.
