Can you help, please?!! 🙂

 

Computer shut down last Friday on me, just as I was about to teach a class on zoom. Everyone checked in but I was kicked out and computer shut down.. (they were all still there 15mins later!) Computer said updates available, which I did. Zoom too. My amazing clients hung on!! 

All ok until yesterday..  

Logged into class, let first client into the session.... computer shut down completely, I had to go teach on a tablet in the end. (thank goodness for that tablet!!)

 

Computer won't restart after running diagnosing pc. (Blue screen)

Tried all the different options from this page, but same result?  Each time just says unable to restart, failed.... 

 

Computer less than two years old. 

 

Thank you in advance for any advice about what to do next!
