@Naveen118, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're using the HP Slim Desktop S01-pF2367in (67Z49PA) and your 😧 drive is not showing up. Let's walk through some steps to identify and resolve the issue.

Check Disk Management

  1. Press Windows + X and select Disk Management.
  2. Look for a drive that:
    • Has no drive letter assigned.
    • Is marked as Unallocated or Not Initialized.

If you see the 😧 drive listed but without a letter:

  • Right-click the volume → Change Drive Letter and PathsAdd → Assign 😧

If it's unallocated:

  • Right-click → New Simple Volume → Follow the wizard to format and assign a letter.

Check Device Manager

  1. Press Windows + X → Select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Disk Drives and check if all drives are listed.
  3. If you see a yellow warning icon:
    • Right-click → Update driver.
    • Or uninstall and restart your PC to reinstall automatically.

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

  1. Restart your PC and press F2 repeatedly at startup.
  2. Select Component TestsHard Drive → Run the test.

BIOS Check

Sometimes, the drive may be disabled in BIOS:

  1. Restart and press F10 to enter BIOS.
  2. Look under Storage or Boot Options to ensure all drives are enabled.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
