@Naveen118, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're using the HP Slim Desktop S01-pF2367in (67Z49PA) and your 😧 drive is not showing up. Let's walk through some steps to identify and resolve the issue.
Check Disk Management
- Press Windows + X and select Disk Management.
- Look for a drive that:
- Has no drive letter assigned.
- Is marked as Unallocated or Not Initialized.
If you see the 😧 drive listed but without a letter:
- Right-click the volume → Change Drive Letter and Paths → Add → Assign 😧
If it's unallocated:
- Right-click → New Simple Volume → Follow the wizard to format and assign a letter.
Check Device Manager
- Press Windows + X → Select Device Manager.
- Expand Disk Drives and check if all drives are listed.
- If you see a yellow warning icon:
- Right-click → Update driver.
- Or uninstall and restart your PC to reinstall automatically.
Run HP Hardware Diagnostics
- Restart your PC and press F2 repeatedly at startup.
- Select Component Tests → Hard Drive → Run the test.
BIOS Check
Sometimes, the drive may be disabled in BIOS:
- Restart and press F10 to enter BIOS.
- Look under Storage or Boot Options to ensure all drives are enabled.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
