Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello!

 

I recently tried to use a Seagate Back yp Plus Portable Drive with my HP Computer although the installation was successful, a message appears saying: The HDD is installed properly (the driver is shown in Drivers List) and its status on Disk Management appears to be online.

Seagate has this excellent online user manual for their product:  https://www.seagate.com/manuals/backupplus/introduction/

 

You should read through it and also look into using Dashboard.
