My hard drive failed and I replaced it. I don't have a recovery disk so the computer won't boot now. How do I create a boot disk to get started again?

Hi:
You can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable W10 USB flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Make the 64 bit installation media.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the media you created, and you will be asked to select the version of W10 you want.
For example, if you upgraded the PC from W7 Home premium, you would select W10 Home from the list.
Shortly thereafter, you will be asked to enter a product key.
At that step, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
