Hi @Harper111 

 

Are you stuck at a blue screen or can you run Windows?

 

You would have to troubleshoot all hardware associated with the PC if you cannot run Windows. You might need a local PC Tech to do this.

 

Check this Site for troubleshooting tips if you can get into Windows. Scroll down to "General troubleshooting tips".

 

There is no way, I am aware of, to fix this error in a Forum without hands on access to the PC.
