Dear Friends,
I have a new, under warranty HP desktop (see below). I keep getting these DTS system failure popups and so I have called HP tech support 4 times over 3 months. Each time, a tech "takes over" the computer, they fail. That box still appears. Since they have failed FOUR times, I want a new computer. They say that my requests for a new computer have been "denied". What has HP come to?
Here is the information that I have:
Product Description: | HP OmniStudio X 31.5 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 32-c0000 (9T0G1AV) |
Product Number: | A5JQ5AA |
Serial Number: | |
Case Subject: | IW/DTS Issue |
I just LOVE it when those Indian people tell me "Ohhh Robert, don't worry." I am beyond worry. It appears that HP has sold me a defective computer and refuses to replace it. I'm giving then one more week and then we'll see HP in small claims court.
