Desktop shuts down by itself after using it between 5-40 minutes

Don't know anything about computers 

I just bought this one and as it says in the description, it shuts down and I need to restart the computer after using it between 5-40 minutes 

It doesn't matter if I have alot going on or just checking around in the options meny.

The company I bought it from requested me to check here if there is anything to do about it or if they need to swap the whole computer out for me

@Victoryhighball , welcome to the forum.

We could run you through a lot of tests and still not solve your problem.  Go back to the seller and tell them that you checked on the HP Forums with no solution.  You shouldn't have to fix a new computer yourself.  Opening up the case on an AIO is not as simple as a desktop computer.  It is not a good first attempt at repairing a computer for someone who knows nothing about them.
