Hii

i am having HP 14-d2000 32bit PC with windows 10 OS. The problem is that device manager in my pc is automatically blinking and making notification sounds even if no device is connected.

i have updated my pc and restarted it but the problem is not solved. If any knows how to solve the problem kindly requesting you share with me.

There are a number of things that can cause this all pointing to a bad (intermittent) connection to a device that the system has been programmed to respond to.

USB cable

Blue-Tooth or Wi-Fi device

Smartphone going to sleep or waking up when using iTunes or android app.

NAS or network drives disconnecting momentarily

Look in the windows event log for errors.  Unexpected disconnects should show up in "system" or less likely, "apps"

Good Luck!
