Please identify your model and product ID. I assume you have an HP system
Press ESC after powering on and run diagnostics to verify the disk can be found and is working.
Depending on your system a SMART test will be shown
or you will have to write down the failure code for bad components as explained here
If you passed all the test (step 4 above) then system is OK and just need to get the OS to boot.
Please confirm the tests passed.
To get the system to boot we can run the startup repair or can restore from the cloud (if any) or from Microsoft windows download.
Your full product ID is needed to find if the cloud restore is available. Hopefully we can just do a startup repair.
Please post test results and system ID as requested
