Is is possible to disable secure boot in the BIOS on the HP M01-F1024 so that I can run Linux instead of Windows on the computer?

@Texstar2

In some of the really new PCs, there is no UEFI function to disable Secure Boot.  If you have gone through the UEFI settings and have not found this, then you are stuck and will not be able to disable it.

Thank you for your effort to assist me. I have not and do no plan to buy this model if I cannot disable secure boot. My goal is to wipe Windows and install Linux on the computer after purchase. Args!

OK, understand.

You should visit the support forum of the Linux distro you want to do and post there.  Some forums have lists of PCs that are known to be Linux-friendly -- and the opposite.

Good Luck
