I have deleted cleaned and uninstalled anything  and everything I can but the c drive  is still full recovery drive is full too . If I download a file PDF etc the message is always Failed-Virus scan failed. I am not really that tech savvy to delete files and stuff Advice please

According to this spec you have a 128gb NVME and a 1 TB hard drive.

 

I assume that windows in on the 128gb and you have run out of space.

Have you tried all of these tips?

A quick fix to free up 16gb of space is delete the hibernate file

Normally it twill be twice the memory size of your system so 2x8 = 16

This might allow enough free space to enable windows to function.

 

I really recommend you upgrade the 128nvme and take the opportunity to do the free upgrade to windows 64 bit at the same time. If you are not comfortable with doing the upgrade yourself  then find a retail store selling the NVME that has tech support to do the upgrade.
