hp 260-p 109
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello and good day to you , well i had window xp for quite a while on my old system and there i have a bootable disk as well as a disk of factory setting to be installed if in case anythings goes worng , now that i have a new system of window 10 and a new hp  260-p 109   which i have already copied or made recovery disk and deleted the partion , so i was wnated to know if there is a bootable disk too which i should make and if so where or how to start about it

Things are slightly different with the newer Windows, now.  You might need to make some additional disk just for "in Case".  The Windows Recovery Media Creator can assist you in making some handy tools, should the need arise.  It also might not be a bad idea to make the password reset disk, too.

Since you made the Recovery disk set, it should be good , but it might be also a good idea to make a system image and to use backup software regularly.
