My computer is zapped. I believe static electricity is to blame. It will not accept power from any of it's chargers and cables. The battery is dead and cannot be charged. I would like to read the contents of the M.2 SSD memory. However, if I take the card out of the computer, I get an "access denied" message which demands to know the Bitlocker Recovery Key. I don't know what that key is.

Bitlocker keys are unique to each and every PC, and HP has no records of the individual kays, so there is nothing we can provide you.
Since you apparently did not use the Bitlocker Management function to export your key, the following is all you can try at this point:
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
