The only error message is CPU Fan problem that requires F 1 Boot

Quite possibly, yes. Let me explain ...
Fan error messages are not always genuine because they depend on sensors -- which can fail, even though the fan itself continues to work.
If the fan is failing, then eventually, the processor will overheat to the point that it will cause a thermal shutdown. While this DOES prevent the CPU from being burnt out, over time, this will wear out the CPU due to overheating and it will shorten its useful life.
If only the sensor has failed and the fan continues to operate properly, then your processor is not deteriorating.
