Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to reinstall Windows 10 from the HP recovery partition.  However, I have uninstalled HP Recovery Manager.

How can I reinstall the HP Recovery Manager?

Hi:

Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.

HP ENVY 23-o014 All-in-One Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

It originally came with Windows 8 64 bit.

The recovery manager program is a one time installation from the factory.

If the program is no longer installed on your PC, it cannot be reinstalled.

If you were to try and use the recovery partition to reinstall Windows, you would get Widows 8 back, and not Windows 10.

If you need to reinstall W10, you can make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

Your only other option would be to purchase Windows 8 recovery media from this 3rd party vendor, and upgrade back to W10.  HP no longer sells recovery media for your PC.
