You're very welcome, Paula.
You need this W10 driver for the device that needs the driver:
Intel Management Engine Driver
11.7.0.1045
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87001-87500/sp87282.exe
Cheers,
Paul

Go to your PC's support page and install the Intel Management Engine Interface Driver.
You didn't post the operating system you are running so I can't post the link to the driver and there is no such model PC as the one you posted.
Use this guide to find the model number/product number of your PC:

Hello Paul: Thanks for your reply. Think I was getting frustrated because I could not come up with the information I wanted to find. So, according to my Microsoft Account my Desktop is: Desktop-1DD853B, Windows 10 OS, and I did find the S/N. Can you post the link for the driver? From what I could find the driver was unavailable; hope not. I am also getting a j.core.dll message that I can't resolve. If you could give me info on that I would appreciate it.
Thanks, Paula

That seems to have solved my problem for the driver - thank you so much for your help!
Can you fill me in on the j.core.dll message I am getting whenever I restart my computer? Have found confusing information on this subject.
Thanks, Paula
