I'm trying to set a password for the BIOS of my HP ProDesk 600 G2 SFF desktop computer.

I boot up and access the BIOS. Once inside, in the Security tab, I choose:

BIOS administrator password creation.

An Error is reported:

Error related to password erase jumper:

The password reset jumper has been removed. Replace the jumper to set a password.

Info:

- My system BIOS is: NO2 Ver.02.60 12/15/2022

- I've just updated the BIOS to May 24, 2025. The BIOS is up to date.

What should I do?

Thanks in advance

Merci d'avance
