Hi HP! Im having problems with something i have no idea of what it is or what is happening. Whenever i launch a game like apex legends, i can play for a good 10 minutes without any problems but suddenly the game freezes and i get a black screen with a note saying "Engine error", look at the inserted photo for more info. This has happened multiple times and the computer is only a few days old. Thank you and i hope this is fixable.

That error is not a hardware error but a software error in regards to the game from Apex Legands.  Found this on You Tube

See if that video addresses the fix for that error.
