My HP Envy desktop has been randomly shutting down and going to the start up screen. I got a blue screen warning for a Kernel Security Check Failure (0x00000139). I repaired the corrupted system, or so I thought, but it's still happening. A system log check in event viewer shows a lot of repeated DistributedCOM warnings. The latest one says:

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54} and APPID {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402} to the user SKB_HPPC-081122\skbel SID (S-1-5-21-2318436092-3785698863-3720205523-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application contain Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

I haven't done anything new or added any programs. Is this serious? What do I do. Thanks.
