Error Activatation as acedemic with windows 10 x64 enterprise instead of pro. How can I return in Pro  using an no academic profile. Thank you.

That message indicates the Enterprise version on your PC is not legitimate and can't be activated.  We can not help you with this activation problem.  You need to return the PC to where you bough it and demand either a refund, or a replacement.

Tried to use the info you entered to find product details -- but the model number you entered is invalid.

 

We need the actual model number to verify the version of Windows that came with the PC.
