My computer restarted unexpectedly. After restarting, the screen below appeared.
Then it restarted again and the screen below appeared.
As the operating system was behaving strangely (mouse moving by itself, screen opening by itself), I chose the option to format the ssd. After finishing the installation, the computer restarted once again and the screen below appeared.
On this screen I press F3, F4 or esc and nothing happens. The only keys that work are ctrl + alt + del.
When I press crtl + alt + del the computer restarts and goes straight to this screen. I pressed F2, F8, F10 and del to enter Bios but it didn't work.
What did I do to try to solve it?
. I removed the ssd
. I removed the battery
. Remove memory
. I pressed the cmos button on the motherboard for 5 seconds
None of the above attempts solved the problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
