Microsoft Windows 11

When we tried to start the computer we got the error code 3f0. We runed the quick test and the advanced test. Both passed. When the computer started we only get black screen. What to do?

@Anna7474 -- the motherboard assigns the address "3F0" to the 1st SATA device (CD/DVD or disk-drive), and "3F1" to the 2nd SATA device.

So, if your disk-drive has "failed", then "3F0" will identify which SATA device has failed.

If your computer is less than 12 months old, exercise the HP Warranty, to get it repaired/replaced, at HP's expense. Otherwise, take your computer to a technician, to replace the disk-drive, and to reinstall Windows, at your expense.
