Our computer is stuck on my brothers profile, when ever we try to log in, it just restarts the computer. Then it gives us an error screen saying it couldn't be done. Then it will restart again. HP doesn't have a number to call so what should we do?

Hi, @Joe_K1

HP does have a number to call, 1 (866) 724-8600, but if the PC is not under warranty, you will most likely be charged for telephone support.

Looking at the screenshot you posted, it appears that you will have to replace the hard drive, and reinstall the operating system.

Below is the link to the user guides section for your PC.  The hard drive removal and replacement procedures can be found in the Upgrading and Servicing Guide.

If you don't have a way to reinstall Windows, you can puchase recovery media for your PC from this non-HP vendor at the link below.  HP no longer sells recovery media for that model series.
