Error on PC saying no operating system on hard drive. Just purchased se PC with a machine

L1G76AV PC running a machine.

New purchase of second hand machine

Error comes up that no operating system on hard disk

Can anyone assist

Hi:

if the PC originally came with W10 from HP, you can use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.

You will need to use another PC to create the recovery media with, and a 32 GB USB flash drive.
