Trying to do some computer diagnostics. Computer said I needed to update the diagnostic app. I did. Now when I go to the app's  main window, click on click the Computer Tests tab, a spinning wheel says Initalizing Diagnostics but never goes to the next screen. It just keeps spinnning. Any ideas?

  • Press F2 to launch HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
  • Run Extensive System Test from here instead.
