Example: Pavilion 15
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

My laptop goes into automatic recovery and then the screen just goes blackish...

Tried pressing f11, my laptop just gives me this weird annoying sound.

Try hitting esc esc esc and then f11 option but it doesn't give me the options, it just goes directly to starting the computer and then it just goes back to automatic what what.

I want to restore my systems and wipe my laptop....

But how!!??!!??

@Piesang

A factory reset, which you are trying to do, does NOT wipe the laptop -- that is a common misunderstanding.
