Factory reset for a new user window 7 OS won't let me in

If the PC has Windows 7 installed, there is not really a factory reset per se, unless the Recovery Partition is still in place.

Please provide more info, such as the model number of the PC and if is really using Windows 7 - 32bit or 64 bit.
