Factory restart computer without Administrative password

Hello. The original administrative password has been misplaced and the administrative email is no longer active (the domain expired and there is literally no way around this). The computer has a second (non-admin) account that is still valid but we were hoping to factory reset to create a universal login.

Is there a way around logging into the admin account to factory reset the computer (without messing with the BIOS).

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.
