Model: HP OMEN 30L GT13-0XXX
OS: Windows 10 (x64)
Initially, the machine had random reboot issue with MS event id: 86, and I've decided to reset my pc after multiple tries of troubleshooting. Reset was done thru Start -> Updates & Security -> Recovery -> Reset this PC and then followed the steps guided by Windows 10. HP PCs - Reset the computer | HP® Customer Support
But when I reset this pc using the steps above, I was started getting "Secure boot violation" error when the machine was rebooted itself in the process of reset. I have then followed instructions (also referenced other instructions related to fix secure boot violation issue) in the link below, secure boot violation - HP Support Community - 6035108 and HP PCs - 3F0 boot device not found error displays on a black screen in Windows 10 | HP® Customer Sup..., to fix the issues, but never and none of HP instructions were succeed even with enabling and disabling the secure boot and legacy support settings back and forth. Depending on what was enabled in the bios, I was continuously getting either Secure boot violation or 3F0 disk error. By the way, my diagnostic tests were all successfully passed for the systems and the components. The diagnostic test were also passed with BB Geek Squad.
Then I was advised to wipe out the disks and reinstall the Windows from fresh as it will be pretty much what Geek Squad would do if I drop my PC with them. I have referenced following instructions plus many more, HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10) | HP® Customer Support, trying to factory restore using HP recovery manager download from HP using SanDisk 32G several times thinking that the images were corrupted or something when it was failing to restore. After multiple tries to restore the PC using HP recovery manager, I even tried the Windows 10 images created using MS media creation tool, but none, zero, nothing was successful. The PC is keep rebooting itself indefinitely if I use the recovery manager on USB, and it is keep getting into the Windows installation windows if I use USB that has Windows Image created using Media tool.
What are my options here to fix my pc? My machine is only about 15 month old but out of warranty. HP support documents were not even accurate, but have no more documents I could reference or rely on. Do I need to buy tech support option to fix issue? Can anyone here help me with this issue? Let me know if you need additional info to troubleshoot.
Thank you all in advance.

Hi @xxJKxx ,
Sorry to see you are having so much trouble. You have tried many things to solve the problem.
Don't know if I can add any value but I would say you have a hardware problem somewhere. I know HP hardware tests passed.
But I will list the errors you have described:
1. Secure boot violation
2. 3F0 disk error
3. Factory reset errors
4. HP Cloud Recovery errors
5. W10 clean installation errors
The following steps have to be done one at a time. Then check to see if the problem stops. Very time consuming and expensive.
Test current hardware before you replace components.
Check and reseat all MB connections. Reseat memory modules, or try different, known good, memory modules, or try each memory module in each memory socket. Disconnect the front panel USB. Use rear USB to install Windows.
Try removing the CR2032 MB battery to reset CMOS. Let the PC sit for a couple of minutes. Reinstall the battery.
I would check RAM using free MemTest86 (Link). I would also consider trying a different, known good, power supply.
Flaky RAM or a failing power supply can cause strange events. A 3F0 disk error usually means the HDD is failing. But your circumstances are very strange. Try a different disk drive if possible.
Remove the graphics card. Use Intel CPU graphics if you have Intel. AMD would require a different discrete graphics card unless you have an AMD "G" CPU.
The general troubleshooting steps require reducing the system to a minimum configuration, replacing components until the problem goes away. This could lead to finally replacing the CPU or the MB.
Very expensive and time consuming. Take the PC to a local PC tech if you want to fix the problem or try previously suggested steps to isolate the bad component.
