I'm trying to recover the factory settings of my computer. When its about to finish the task, there's an error: "The system cannot find the drive specified. C:windows/system32/cmd.exe
I would like to know if there's any solution, or get a replacement system recovery media.
Many thanks!

Hi:
You have two options:
1. Order recovery media from HP for a charge...bear in mind, you may get the same error you are getting now using the recovery media.
2. Using another working Windows PC, make your own W10 installation media and clean install W10 using the media creation tool at the link below. You want to create the 64 bit installation media.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
