Fresh install setup won’t change pages

Hello there,

I have an Hp Pavilion p6330f from a friend. He was having issues with the machine and asked me to fix it. The last thing I did was to go through the f11 recovery screen on boot. I reinstalled windows without files being backed up. The format and reinstallation were successful. After I created an account and did all the time zone stuff, Hp Total care showed up. It had to go through four steps. When I clicked register, it popped up with no way to get out. I filled out the form and there is no way to go on to the next page nor no register later button. While typing information in, the text box would disappear and not show text until I clicked off of it. What do I do?
